The Role

• Participate in budget planning, market analysis, and monthly management reporting.
• Analyze processes, identify weaknesses, and propose optimization strategies.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong mathematical understanding and logical thinking skills.

• Independent work ethic with a strong capacity for teamwork.
• Good English language skills.
