The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions for common issues like flat batteries and tyre changes, as well as complex fault-finding. • Start and finish your day at home, tackling varied challenges from busy roadsides to quiet streets. • Act as a proud ambassador for the brand, offering reassurance and outstanding service to members. • Embrace a role with significant variety, where no two jobs are the same. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • The ability to think independently and make the right calls for each customer.
