Title: Help Desk Technician (TS/SCI)
Location: Homestead, FL
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III. This role supports USSOCOM and global SOF operations by delivering enterprise IT services and end-user support.

Responsibilities: • Provide help desk support using ITSM tools (Remedy) • Create, track, and resolve incident tickets and service requests • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues • Support email, account management, and standard desktop applications • Re-image systems and maintain end-user devices • Reset CAC/token PINs and support account access • Perform file share access maintenance and user support • Escalate issues to appropriate support teams and track through resolution • Coordinate incident response across multiple support groups ________________________________________
Required Qualifications: • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance • DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+) • At least 1 year of help desk experience in a multi-user environment • Strong understanding of PC operating systems • Working knowledge of networking and email systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service orientation ________________________________________
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with MECM, VMware, ESXi, or NetApp ONTAP ________________________________________
Education: • HS + 6 years OR AA + 4 years OR BS + 2 years OR MS + 0 years ________________________________________
