We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic People Partner to join a thriving local business experiencing an exciting period of growth!

This newly created role offers a fantastic mix of recruitment and generalist HR responsibilities, working closely with the HR Manager to support the business as it continues to expand.

From attracting new talent and managing recruitment campaigns to supporting employee relations, onboarding and training, this is a wonderfully varied position where no two days will be the same!

The Role:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies through to onboarding
• Screening applications, shortlisting candidates and conducting initial interviews
• Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Managing right-to-work checks and recruitment compliance
• Supporting the HR Manager with employee relations, performance management and engagement
• Coordinating employee training and development activities
• Assisting with payroll administration, including starters, leavers and absences
• Supporting HMRC documentation, including P11Ds, and Health & Safety activities

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience within a generalist HR or recruitment-focused role
• Experience managing recruitment campaigns and employee onboarding
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee relations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• A positive, professional approach with a genuine passion for people!
