The Role • Manage the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Oversee technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient daily planning. • Provide exceptional customer service from order placement to vehicle handover. • Handle invoicing, customer payments, and manage incoming orders. • Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a craft trade, with experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required certification for operational management (HWK) or already possess it. • A strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • A Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting collaboration.
