The Role

• Provide pedagogical support, development, and care for children and adolescents with diverse needs.
• Shape a safe, structured, and appreciative daily environment for young people.
• Plan and implement recreational, group, and developmental activities.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, youth welfare offices, and specialist agencies.

What You'll Need

• A completed degree in Social Pedagogy, or qualification as a Pedagogical Specialist, Heilpädagoge, or equivalent experience.
• A strong pedagogical approach characterised by heart, humour, and professional composure.
• A Class B driver's license.
• Proficiency in social-pedagogical methods and experience managing crisis situations.
• The ability to create structure and support the development of young people.
• Team spirit, resilience, and self-reflection skills.
