Job Description:

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development, architecture, and implementation.

  • Must hold an active Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Pega project setup, architecture, and implementation.

  • Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for Pega applications.

  • Lead project initiation, environment setup, application configuration, and deployment planning.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance Pega solutions.

  • Lead and mentor Pega developers, System Architects, and technical teams.

  • Oversee application design, case management, workflows, integrations, and data models.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

  • Drive code reviews, technical governance, and quality assurance.

  • Manage technical risks, resolve complex issues, and support production deployments.
