The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. • Manage stock, complete reports, and maintain positive customer interactions. • Represent the organisation as a key point of contact for members. • Work independently, making informed decisions to resolve automotive issues. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving license with fewer than 6 points. • Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect with and advise customers. • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to diverse situations.
