MERCHANDISER

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Merchandiser to support Sales & Business Development in Beverage & Food Operations. This field-based role builds product visibility and drives sales by executing merchandising standards, setting impactful displays, rotating stock, and supporting promotions across assigned accounts. The Merchandiser partners closely with Sales Representatives and store contacts to ensure optimal product placement, accurate pricing, and strong brand representation. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, physical, retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising standards for beverage and spirits portfolios in assigned retail accounts
• Build and maintain in-store displays, shelf sets, and signage to maximize product visibility
• Ensure adequate stock levels, rotate inventory, and manage backroom organization
• Support Sales Representatives with pricing, promotions, and new product launches
• Develop strong relationships with store managers and key in-store contacts
• Collect and report field data, competitive activity, and display opportunities
• Follow company brand guidelines and compliance requirements for alcoholic products
• Maintain safe driving and work practices across all assigned locations
