Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-visibility, complex SAP S/4HANA enhancement initiative.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • PMP Certification (Required)
  • 10+ Years in end-to-end IT Project Management (Scope, Schedule, Risk, Integration, & Vendor Management)
  • SAP / ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience managing SAP/ERP enterprise projects
  • MS Project Expert: Advanced proficiency with MS Project or MS Project Online for detailed integrated planning
  • Vendor & Cloud Management: Proven success managing high-profile vendors across cloud and on-prem environments
Core Competencies & Key Areas
  • Project Governance: Establish frameworks, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Resource & Capacity Planning: Optimize resource allocations, foreseeing real-time constraints and adjusting schedules.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills across business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ecosystem Familiarity: Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, BTP, ServiceNow, and SuccessFactors.
