Looking for Project Manager from Utility background specifically Electrical and Gas-

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues and escalations.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to management.
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
