Job Description

Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) | Hannover, Germany | On-site

This employer is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the well-being of seniors, operating at nine locations across Germany. They provide comprehensive care services, including residential and outpatient nursing, day care, and hospitality, all within a supportive and engaging environment. They are currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team for an Ausbildung.

The Role

  • Undertake a 3-year training program to become a certified nursing professional, recognized within the EU.
  • Gain practical experience through placements at partner institutions, including hospitals.
  • Provide comprehensive care, support, and counseling to elderly individuals to promote independent living.
  • Assist residents with daily personal care, including dressing and meal times.
  • Learn and perform medical treatments such as medication administration and wound care.
  • Contribute to care documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Acquire knowledge of current quality standards and legal frameworks in healthcare.
  • Receive dedicated guidance and support from experienced practice instructors throughout the training.

What You'll Need

  • A secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss), an advanced secondary school diploma (erweiterter Hauptschulabschluss), or a basic secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) along with at least two years of vocational training or one year of training as a nursing assistant.
  • Friendly demeanor with polite manners and a neat appearance.
  • Genuine enjoyment in working with the elderly and those requiring care.
  • Sociable and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Responsible, reliable, and empathetic.
  • Motivated and a team player.
  • Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
