The Role • Pick and pack an average of 150 orders per shift in a high-tech warehouse. • Operate within a "product-to-person" system, focusing on filling crates and quality checks. • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment alongside colleagues. • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders for thousands of customers. • Work collaboratively with a motivated team to achieve operational goals. What You'll Need • A minimum age of 18 years. • Physical fitness to perform manual labor. • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills. • Basic proficiency in Dutch or English. • Availability for 24-40 hours per week, with a willingness to work morning or evening shifts. • Valid EU identification or work permit.
