The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within a diverse range of industries.
• Conduct thorough interior and exterior property inspections to identify pest control needs.
• Develop and present strategic pest management solutions to new and existing commercial clients.
• Utilize provided technological tools, including an iPad, for sales agreements and client management.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with commercial customers by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting and lead follow-up.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company-sponsored).
• Willingness to work independently in the field and adapt to various weather conditions.
