This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to providing expert roadside assistance and technical support. The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions for common issues like flat batteries and tyre changes, as well as complex fault-finding. • Start and finish your workday from home, travelling directly to call-outs. • Handle a variety of automotive challenges with provided tools, diagnostic equipment, and support. • Ensure outstanding member service and provide reassurance to members in need. • Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime available. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions under pressure. • A proud ambassador for the a leading employer in this sector's commitment to service and reliability.
