Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Execute recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across the organization.
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters, fostering an efficient, inclusive, and innovative hiring process.
  • Design and implement internship programs to support early talent development and long-term workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, professional associations, and military organizations to enhance talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to ensure recruitment efforts align with business objectives.
  • Strengthen the employer brand and ensure a consistent, engaging candidate experience.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with expertise in talent attraction, assessment, and selection.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
  • Proven success in developing and executing best-in-class sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing internship programs and external partnerships.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading large-scale recruiting initiatives.
