Cloud-Driven IT Support & Onboarding Specialist

VALD in Brisbane, Australia, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the VALD IT Ops team. You will bridge day-to-day user support with modern workplace administration, own escalations, and assist in cloud administration with Intune, Entra ID, and Defender.

You'll deploy hardware, manage endpoints on Windows and macOS, and collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in IT support, strong communication, and a desire to grow in security and
