Job Description

Position 1) IFS Finance Functional Consultant

Required Skills

  • Minimum 8 years experience in the IFS Finance functional area.
  • Good knowledge of the latest version of IFS ERP implementation methodology.
  • Strong hands-on experience with IFS Applications / IFS Cloud.
  • IFS Functional consultant in the Finance domain.
  • Experience with IFS Finance configuration and business process design.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes.
  • Hands-on experience in IFS ERP V10 or IFS Cloud.
  • Good knowledge of AP, GL, AR, Payroll, IFRS rules, and project accounting.
  • Purchase to Pay or Invoice to Cash, Order to Cash, Invoice, Fixed Assets
  • Relevant experience in IFS ERP as a Functional Consultant

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with end-to-end IFS Finance implementations.
  • Experience with IFS Cloud migration or upgrades.

Position 2) IFS Supply Chain Functional Consultant

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IFS Supply Chain Functional Consultant with strong expertise in IFS Applications and supply chain business processes. The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into IFS configurations, and support implementation, enhancement, and production activities across supply chain and related business functions.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience with IFS Applications in supply chain-related modules
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, planning, and logistics
  • Experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Apps 10 is preferred
  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders and convert functional requirements into system configurations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Proven experience implementing or supporting IFS Applications (Sales and/or Warranty modules)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, warranty claims, service contracts, and customer engagement workflows
  • Familiarity with IFS Cloud or IFS Apps 10 preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
