We are seeking dedicated Special Education Needs Teachers to join a leading education support provider that transforms the lives of young people. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide impactful, trauma-informed tuition to students with diverse learning needs within a supportive community.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to raise the standard of education for vulnerable learners.
• Be part of a child-centred organisation committed to reimagining support for young people.
• Engage with engaging with us on a self-employed basis, as and when opportunities arise.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
