Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.
• Explain the chemistry, composition, performance characteristics, and application methods of construction chemical products.
• Sound understanding of chemical formulations, reactions, material properties, and their practical applications in construction chemicals.
• Ability to understand Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and product specifications
• Generate new business opportunities through field visitsand market development activities.
• Identify and meet contractors, builders, developers, consultants, architects, PMC teams, and industrial clients.
• Promote and sell construction chemical products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and closesales deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain reports.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams.
• Should be capable of managing both sales and operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong academic background in Chemistry (B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction chemicals/building materials preferred.
• Good presentation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel,Word, and emailcommunication.
• Willingness to travel for field salesactivities.
