Fresh Food Counter Specialist | Chemnitz, Germany | On-site

We're hiring for a leading national grocery retailer, renowned for its commitment to freshness and customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity to be the heart of a vibrant grocery market, specializing in high-quality meats, sausages, cheeses, and deli items.

The Role

  • Engage customers with expert advice and exceptional service at the fresh food counter.
  • Craft exquisite specialty creations using premium ingredients.
  • Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Prepare and portion a variety of fresh goods with skill and precision.

What You'll Need

  • Ideally, completed vocational training as a butcher, meat cutter, or a food retail specialist with a focus on butchery.
  • A passion for customer interaction and a love for the retail environment.
  • Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic with a strong customer focus.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, Monday to Saturday, between 06:00 and 22:00.
