Responsibilities The Network and Systems Administrator will provide full-time, on-site IT support for the U.S. Army Print and Media Distribution Division in Overland, Missouri.

This position is responsible for managing, configuring, patching, securing, and troubleshooting Cisco network infrastructure, VMware environments, Windows servers, endpoints, and associated IT systems. The administrator will also support cybersecurity compliance activities in accordance with applicable STIG, SRG, and RMF requirements. Location and Work Schedule Work location: U.S. Army Print and Media Distribution Division, 1655 Woodson Road, Suite A, Overland, Missouri 63114 Work environment: Full-time, on-site support Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Network Infrastructure and Engineering: Configure, manage, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, Wi-Fi controllers, and wireless infrastructure. Configure and manage VPN access, firewalls, and Cisco Firepower. Perform Cisco firmware and operating system upgrades and apply required patches. Maintain accurate and current network diagrams. Open and manage Cisco Technical Assistance Center cases when assistance is required to resolve complex technical issues. Maintain and troubleshoot network configurations involving DHCP, RADIUS, certificate authentication, LDAP, and VPN technologies.

Systems Administration: Support the existing VMware ESXi environment. Configure and maintain VMware, ESXi, and vCenter systems. Configure and administer on-premises physical servers and virtual machines. Manage directory and network-access services, including DHCP, RADIUS, Cisco ISE, certificate authentication, and LDAP. Administer and support Windows operating systems. Open and manage VMware and Microsoft support cases to resolve production-impacting issues.

Cybersecurity and Compliance: Configure network devices, virtual machines, and on-premises servers in accordance with applicable Security Technical Implementation Guides and Security Requirements Guides. Perform STIG and SRG reviews using STIG Viewer or related compliance tools. Develop and maintain STIG checklists and supporting mitigation documentation. Align network security configurations with Risk Management Framework requirements. Provide compliance reports and detailed listings of system and network issues to the Information Security Officer and Information System Security Officer, as requested. Apply firmware and operating system patches to remediate identified security vulnerabilities.

Help Desk and Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting desktops, printers, tablets, and other local endpoints. Support Cisco Voice over IP implementation and configuration. Manage local digital and analog phone systems and configure VoIP phones. Create, manage, and remove user email accounts within the Army A365 cloud environment. Assist with equipment installation, technology refresh activities, and the decommissioning of end-of-life equipment. Collaborate with other on-site teams to isolate production outages, implement recommended corrective actions, and restore network operations.

Administrative and Reporting Responsibilities: Complete assigned tasks under the operational guidance of designated government personnel. Sign in and sign out daily using the designated facility timesheet. Prepare a comprehensive monthly status report documenting active projects, progress, completed activities, and other required status information for the government lead.

Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience 2 - 7 years of experience US Citizen with Active DoD Secret clearance.
