Description
This position requires a skilled mechanical professional with a strong background in HVAC systems to manage and oversee mechanical operations. 
The role is based onsite within 45 minutes of the headquarters and is offered on a contract basis. 
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in mechanical system maintenance, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee mechanical operations, ensuring optimal functionality. Demonstrate thorough knowledge and successful performance in the mechanical field, including plumbing and HVAC. Utilize strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance. Troubleshoot and diagnose a range of mechanical systems effectively. Ensure compliance with state and local mechanical codes. Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC. VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License. Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
