The Role

• Support store management in daily operations and contribute significantly to store performance.
• Assist with team management, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee sales strategies and the effective merchandising of a diverse and frequently changing product assortment.
• Manage store presentation, including inventory ordering, visual merchandising standards, and daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with store management to discuss performance metrics and ongoing store development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and develop your store team through constructive feedback.
• Willingness to participate in an intensive 8-week onboarding program at a designated training store.
