The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support for our residents.
• Prepare and conduct one-on-one and group activities with residents.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks.
• Document and plan care according to established protocols.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance measures.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an aged care or healthcare nurse.
• Additional qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• A passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
