The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of project delivery, either running multiple concurrent projects up to £4m or leading a single major project up to £15m. You’ll be the driving force behind programme, quality, commercial control, and client satisfaction — ensuring seamless coordination between design, commercial, and site operations.

This role suits a confident, technically strong, client‑facing leader who thrives in a fast‑paced D&B environment and is comfortable managing complex stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of CAT A & CAT B fit‑out projects across London.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously or take full ownership of a single large‑scale project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, procurement schedules, and risk registers.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery.
• Act as the primary client interface, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate closely with design, commercial, and pre‑construction teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical details to identify risks, clashes, and value‑engineering opportunities.
• Maintain strict commercial control, managing variations, budgets, and cost reporting.
• Lead progress meetings, produce reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Drive a positive site culture focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ensure full compliance with company procedures, CDM regulations, and H&S legislation.
• Use Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, workflows, and communication.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering commercial fit‑out projects within a Design & Build or main contracting environment.
• Track record managing multiple projects up to £4m or single projects up to £15m.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, M&E coordination, and design management.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with the ability to build trust and manage expectations.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, variations, and cost control.
• Proficient in Procore for project management and reporting.
• Confident decision-maker with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and maintain control under pressure.
• Collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset with a commitment to high standards.

Qualifications

• SMSTS (essential)
• CSCS (Managerial level preferred)
• First Aid at Work
• Relevant construction or project management qualifications (desirable)
