The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative designs for various marketing materials, including catalog layouts, web pages, and email campaigns.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments in new product selection.
• Maintain clear communication across departments regarding new and existing product development and web marketing strategies.
• Develop new product positioning based on market research, internal reports, and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market trends and anticipate future product strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record.
• Experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Prior catalog experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to conceptualize product positioning.
