Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Develops and delivers learning programs for a diverse healthcare workforce, evaluates training effectiveness, and supports strategic organizational initiatives that improve performance, productivity, employee engagement, and retention. Maintains training data quality and coordinates remediation. This role is fully in person and includes meetings at Albany Medical Health System locations in the capital region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for a diverse healthcare workforce using multiple learning methods.
• Maintain learning data quality and coordinate follow-up remediation.
• Evaluate learning programs and recommend design improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and organizational development initiatives.
• Use LEAN methods and project management to support performance and productivity goals.
• Coach and mentor organizational leaders and manage multiple projects.
