Leading, coaching and developing a team of recruiters. Driving performance and building a high-performing culture. Managing your own desk, placing professionals in semiconductors, software, AI, quantum, photonics and electronics.

Contributing to strategic growth plans and shaping the direction of your team. What we’re looking for
Recruitment experience with a proven track record of billing. Previous leadership experience (formal or informal). Ambition to build, scale and inspire a team.
