The Role • Participate in hands-on work within a social institution caring for children, under guidance. • Engage in daily tasks related to early childhood education and development. • Provide individualized attention to children, fostering integration and task completion. • Document and reflect on your educational work. • Develop creative, play-based activities to support children's skill development. • Act as a point of contact for parents and/or teachers. What You'll Need • High school diploma (Abitur) or a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • A genuine passion for working with children. • Patience, resilience in stressful situations, and confidence in managing conflicts. • Empathy combined with assertiveness. • A sense of responsibility and a keen interest in social issues. • A desire to understand both the practical and theoretical aspects of early childhood education.
