The Role

• Provide nursing care, monitoring, and professional assessment of the health status of infants, children, and adolescents.
• Perform age-appropriate nursing interventions, considering developmental psychology.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic measures, including preparation and follow-up.
• Offer professional support and guidance to parents and caregivers throughout the care process.
• Manage emotionally challenging care situations with professionalism and empathy.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a pediatric nurse, pediatric healthcare nurse, or a comparable nursing qualification.
• Previous experience in pediatric nursing (e.g., on a children's ward, in neonatology, or a pediatric clinic).
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills in dealing with young patients and their families.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B) is desirable.
