🔥 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PCS (Production Control & Scheduling) Lead with strong expertise in SAP ECC/S/4HANA Production Planning and hands-on experience with Work Centers, BOMs, Routings, and Production Order execution.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead PCS (Production Control & Scheduling) workstreams across SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations.

• Work closely with business process owners on requirements gathering and process assessment.

• Prepare and deliver system demos, workshops, and presentation decks.

• Drive requirements management, configuration, documentation, and key decision tracking.

• Develop process flows, functional specifications, and test plans.

• Support authorization/security, reporting, change management, and testing activities.

• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and best practices.

🏭 Core SAP Production Planning Expertise

• MBoM, BOM, Routing, and Shop Floor Execution

• Material Master: Classification, MRP, Scheduling, and Costing views

• Work Centers, BOMs & Routings including Revision and ECM

• Production Order Lifecycle: Creation → Confirmation → Goods Receipt

• Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS

• External Processing & Subcontracting

• Production Order Kitting

• Batch-managed Goods Issues & Reversals

• Rework and Production Order Splitting

• Availability Checking & Shortage Reporting

• Integration with PLM and MES systems

• Functional Specification Authoring

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience

• Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience

• Experience with parameter effectivity and PLM/MES integration

• Strong understanding of SAP Production Planning and shop-floor processes

• Experience working with business stakeholders and process owners

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
