The Role

• Manage shipper interest and volume allocations in coordination with schedulers and relevant parties.
• Oversee the generation and distribution of shipper statements and invoices, initiating business close for pipeline systems.
• Reconcile outstanding shipper accounts receivable and investigate/resolve ticket, volume, and revenue discrepancies.
• Develop and update financial, governmental, and statistical reports.
• Collaborate with departments on special projects, monitoring deliverables and providing technical accounting interpretation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and take ownership of work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of Oracle, Adobe, Word, and Outlook preferred.
• Experience in the pipeline or energy industry is a plus.
