Position: Junior Architect / Full Stack .NET Developer

Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on technical leader to drive platform modernization from legacy monolithic applications to scalable, cloud-native, API-first, event-driven solutions. The role involves leading an engineering pod, overseeing technical delivery, and driving DevOps automation and AI-assisted development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a development pod, sprint execution, and technical delivery.
• Design and develop full-stack solutions using .NET, React, and TypeScript.
• Drive microservices architecture and event-driven development using Kafka or similar platforms.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
• Lead Azure deployments, release automation, monitoring, and observability.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, automated testing, and deployment readiness.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, product, and platform teams.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering practices and cloud-native modernization.

Required Qualifications:

• 12–15 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, React, TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
• Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, release management, automated testing, and infrastructure automation.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Ability to explain a recent production implementation demonstrating how AI tools accelerated development, testing, documentation, or deployment.
• Excellent technical leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Preferred: Healthcare domain experience.
