Channel Manager / Relationship Manager (Northern Europe)
Location: High Wycombe/Hybrid. The successful candidate will be willing to commute to our clients Head Office but predominantly work from home. With the field-based nature of the role the candidate must be willing to travel to meet with customers and attend events in the UK and overseas when required
Are you a strategic relationship builder with a flair for developing successful channels and partnerships across Northern Europe? We are seeking an accomplished Channel Manager or Relationship Manager to spearhead our client's regional growth initiatives. In this critical role, you will cultivate powerful alliances, manage client and partner relationships, and drive revenue through effective channel strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's increased market presence and long-term success.
Responsibilities as Channel manager/Relationship Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and organisations identifying opportunities to add value and grow partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and encourage digital-first practices.
- Plan and deliver local, regional and global marketing campaigns in line with branding.
- Launch and promote new products through targeted campaigns.
- Organise and attend webinars, conferences, exhibitions, Away Days and other events to promote our client and its partners.
- Support the delivery of virtual and in-person events.
- Organise and attend meetings, preparing reports, presentations, papers and minutes as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Support social media initiatives and promote success stories.
- Share best practice and support colleagues across the business.
- Handle assigned complaints promptly and in line with company policy.
Required Skills as Channel Manager / Relationship Manager:
- Extensive experience in channel management, partner relations, or client relationship management within the staffing or related industries
- Deep understanding of Northern European markets and business customs
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and nurture strong partner and client networks
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to partnership growth
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in channel management, key account management, or relationship development, ideally regionally or internationally
