Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced digital marketing leader to join a large, complex organisation undergoing continued digital growth and transformation.

As Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's digital acquisition strategy, driving sustainable growth through a range of paid digital channels while ensuring maximum return on marketing investment.

Leading a high-performing team, you will work collaboratively across multiple business functions to deliver ambitious growth objectives, improve customer acquisition performance and optimise marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the long-term performance marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital channels.
  • Manage and optimise significant digital marketing budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, conversion and overall marketing performance.
  • Lead channel strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing and Display.
  • Utilise data, insight and attribution modelling to support investment decisions.
  • Evaluate new platforms, technologies and acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and strategic partners.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support wider commercial and strategic objectives.
  • Establish clear KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance metrics.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded performance marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth through digital acquisition activity.

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience leading performance marketing functions within a large-scale organisation.
  • Strong expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing and digital media planning.
  • Experience managing substantial marketing budgets.
  • Advanced analytical, attribution and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills.
  • Experience developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
