Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in data analytics, modeling, and architecture, with the ability to understand complex data structures and legacy systems
• Strong consulting and data access governance skills, including collaboration with data SMEs and stakeholders
• Ability to develop leadership insights and recommend modernization strategies to enhance or replace legacy infrastructure.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience assessing legacy data environments and identifying opportunities for system modernization
• Experience preparing data-driven recommendations and executive-level insights for technical and business stakeholders.
