Survey Technician - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Kaw Valley Engineering, Inc. (KVE) was founded over 40 years ago in Junction City, KS. Over time, this privately owned civil and geotechnical engineering firm has grown to 180+ employees working in six (6) offices in Kansas and one (1) office in Missouri. The firm provides survey, drafting, civil design, construction inspection, geotechnical services, and testing of soil, asphalt and concrete.

This is an hiring opportunity that may be filled at any of the following Kaw Valley Engineering offices:

• Kansas City, MO
• Garden City, KS
• Salina, KS

• The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment as a member of a survey crew assisting in the performance of boundary, ALTA, topographic, right-of-way acquisition, transportation, and construction surveys utilizing the latest equipment and surveying technology. 

• The successful candidate must be able to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs.

1. A high school diploma or GED certificate and a valid driver’s license is required. 
2. Experience helpful but not necessary.
