Network & Systems Security Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Network & Systems Security Analyst to join their infrastructure and cybersecurity team.

Summary

This role is responsible for the design, implementation, support, and maintenance of enterprise network, server, and storage environments while ensuring adherence to security best practices and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience across networking, server administration, virtualization, storage platforms, and cybersecurity technologies. This position also serves as a technical mentor and may lead small infrastructure projects.

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• GIAC Certifications
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Preferred: CCNA; VCP; CISSP; MCSA

Experience supporting and/or administering

• Cisco networking technologies
• Switching and routing
• DNS and DHCP
• Windows Active Directory
• VMware virtualization platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
