- Operations & Regulatory Compliance: Direct daily facility operations and step in for leadership as licensed, ensuring consistent adherence to resident care standards and state/local regulatory requirements.
- Financial Planning & Resource Management: Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and expenditure tracking while monitoring variances, marketing goals, and operational data reported to leadership.
- Issue Resolution & Team Leadership: Serve as a primary point of contact to resolve resident, operational, and staff conflicts to maintain a smooth, compliant working environment.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- None Required.
- Preferred Credential(s):
- Nursing Home Administrator.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
