- Support proposal preparation and participate in customer meetings when required.
You are a highly organised administrator with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and are comfortable taking ownership of tasks, solving problems and finding practical solutions. Ideally, you'll bring experience from the electrical, construction, infrastructure or renewable energy sectors, along with a genuine interest in contributing to Australia's transition to sustainable transport.
- Experience coordinating projects within construction, electrical, infrastructure or related industries.
- Understanding of electrical, building or infrastructure project environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers and external customers.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with solar, EV charging or electrical infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
- Be part of an industry helping accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles.
- This is an office-based role located in Silverwater, with team members working on-site 5 days/week.
- Join a collaborative, high-performing team where your contribution is valued.
