Job Description

VEGA IS HIRING! Actively searching for Healthcare, Enrollment specialist for a 12 month contract position with our direct client, located in Baltimore, MD. This is a hybrid, W2 based position based out of Baltimore, MD. Only local DMV candidates with current healthcare experience will be considered for this position.
This is a Hybrid role. Candidate will support client and operational teams remotely while participating in periodic in-office meetings, training, and team collaboration sessions. The H/C Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that members are accurately enrolled into the Client member enrollment systems in a timely manner, and according to the account contract or service agreement for complex accounts.
Job requirement:
  • 2-4 years of Healthcare Enrollment experience.
  • 2-4 years experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, and/or data analysis
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must be able to adapt swiftly to multiple and rapidly changing priorities
  • Must be able to learn and comprehend details of client accounts, process flow diagrams, and health insurance enrollment software,
  • Must be able to work effectively with large amounts of member enrollment data, paying close attention to detail upon entering data into the appropriate H/C system,
  • Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,
