Job Description

HHCA is seeking a talented individual to serve as a friendly face and first point of contact for all who enter our campus. This individual is the first impression that visitors have of HHCA, so they must understand HHCA's vision, mission and core values and be able to represent those with excellence in all interactions and as they carry out their daily tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for students, parents, admissions guests, other visitors, deliveries and any other approved person who may arrive on campus throughout the school day
  • Answer general phone calls and emails; direct requests to the appropriate staff member(s)
  • Field initial admissions inquiry requests and accurately and completely provide information to Admissions staff
  • Assist school leadership with communicating student transportation changes each day
  • Check in/check out students who arrive late or leave early during the school day, communicating effectively with parents in relation to such check-ins / check-outs
  • Assist with daily attendance reports as needed, ensuring that attendance is properly submitted in attendance system
  • Collaborate with security staff, keeping abreast of special events and visitors each day
  • Control access to main entrance gates
  • Operate and monitor Raptor VisitorSafe system to screen school visitors
  • Monitor on-campus cameras
  • Purchase and stock office supplies as needed
  • Fully participate in the life of the school

  • Be a student of God's Word and be able to apply Biblical truth in speaking and counseling situations

  • Understand the distinctive(s) of Christian education and HHCA and be committed to those distinctive(s)
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with staff, students, faculty and parents

  • Be well organized

  • Have the ability to multitask
