Business Analyst - Healthcare Domain with UiPath RPA Experience (Remote)

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in healthcare domain processes and proven expertise in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate complex healthcare workflows (claims, billing, patient records, compliance) into automation opportunities.

• Work closely with UiPath developers to design, test, and deploy RPA solutions.

• Create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and workflow documentation.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

• Lead UAT sessions, validate automation outcomes, and ensure smooth adoption.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, etc.).

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to healthcare domain processes.

• Handson experience with UiPath RPA (requirement gathering, process documentation, testing automation).

• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and data management practices.

• Expertise in stakeholder communication, requirement elicitation, and documentation.

• Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
