Sr. Python Developer with Retail/E-Commerce Expereince

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Systems.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, and RDS.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and automated tests.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and clean coding practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Retail, eCommerce, or Supply Chain domains.
• Experience with Shopify Plus APIs or other headless eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems and third-party logistics (3PL) APIs.
• Experience building scalable cloud-native backend applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for wellness, fitness, or yoga industry is a plus.
