Residential HVAC Sales Consultant

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks an HVAC Sales Consultant to drive residential replacement and service sales across the Memphis area. In this in-home, field-based role, you'll assess customer comfort needs, recommend HVAC solutions, and present clear proposals and financing options. You'll leverage ARS's strong brand, marketing leads, and technical teams to close sales and ensure a seamless install experience. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer HVAC needs and present solutions
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and financing options
• Educate customers on equipment, energy efficiency, and maintenance options
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with installation and service teams for seamless job completion
• Stay current on HVAC products, codes, and industry trends
• Uphold ARS-Rescue Rooter safety and customer service standards
