The Role • Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV). • Install high and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems. • Mount components such as high-voltage terminals, suspension, and support insulators. • Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, including pipe and cable mounting and tensioning. • Review and mark up plan documents with red annotations. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Locksmith, Metalworker, Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, or a comparable qualification. • Professional experience in locksmithing, e.g., from construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry. • Ideally, experience with electrical installations. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and a willingness to travel to project sites with your own vehicle. • Readiness for regular on-site assignments (Monday-Thursday) in the northeastern German region, including overnight stays. • Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work style.
