Job Overview:
In this contingent Business Execution Consultant 4 role, you will lead and consult on complex, large-scale business execution initiatives with broad organizational impact. You will analyze multi-faceted business challenges, design and support intelligent automation solutions, and collaborate closely with business and technology partners to drive strategic outcomes. This position requires deep experience in business execution, strategic planning, and AI-driven automation, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex business execution initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning requirements.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale or longer-term business execution challenges, including those involving intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by applying a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel and internal stakeholders to align business execution priorities.
• Act as a liaison between lines of business and technology partners to facilitate delivery of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions.
• Support the business in aligning Intelligent Automation (IA) needs and usage with overall technology and business strategies.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of automation analysis and design methodologies, including related policies, procedures, tools, and artifacts.
• Ensure automation implementation processes are rapid, efficient, and aligned with established release cycles and enterprise standards.
• Work directly with subject matter experts to fully understand business processes and translate them into clear and concise user stories.
• Create, refine, and groom the backlog for automation delivery and deployment.
• Support automation testing activities and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support product acceptance and sign-off.
• Proactively notify stakeholders of risks, bottlenecks, issues, and concerns, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Information Security requirements throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts, and propose risk mitigation options considering business implications of technology solutions.
• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis using interpretive and design thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Influence strategic functional decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create operational efficiencies where appropriate.
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Respond to and collaborate with developers regarding requirements and client needs, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Make decisions related to product, functionality, and user experience areas, requiring a strong understanding of business, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and implement AI and Agentic AI workflows using tools such as LangChain/LangGraph, Google Agent Space, and MS Copilot Studio.
• Support the deployment of AI/ML solutions in regulated environments, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Apply Agile methodologies and enterprise software development practices to manage and deliver automation and AI initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders through clear communication, expectation setting, and ongoing status updates.
• Participate in virtual interviews and collaboration sessions as required by the engagement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Proven experience acting as a liaison between business and technology teams on complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex, multi-faceted business problems and design effective automated or process-based solutions.
• Experience supporting or developing automation analysis and design methodologies, including policies, procedures, tools, and documentation artifacts.
• Hands-on experience working with subject matter experts to document business processes and translate them into user stories and backlogs.
• Experience supporting automation testing and facilitating user acceptance testing.
• Strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience leading and collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement AI and Agentic AI workflows using platforms such as LangChain/LangGraph, Google Agent Space, and MS Copilot Studio.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments, with knowledge of compliance and risk considerations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development practices.
• Familiarity with Gen AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT, or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in complex projects.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and design thinking skills to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Proven ability to drive accountability, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in a hybrid or on-site environment as required by the client (e.g., several days per week in office).
