We are hiring on behalf of a leading global provider of security solutions, recognized for its commitment to protecting people, customers, and assets. This organization is a major systems integrator and alarm monitoring company known for delivering exceptional service and integrated security systems.

The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and identify potential faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes on security systems and equipment.
• Document all system modifications using a digital change control tracking system.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing and on-site installation of software upgrades.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with installing and troubleshooting low voltage electronic equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Solid understanding of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
