Job Description

Property Manager – Luxury Multifamily Community

About the Opportunity

Are you a results-driven property management professional ready to make a meaningful impact at a premier multifamily community?

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury apartment community in Strongsville, Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of team development, resident experience, and financial performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the overall success of the community, develop a high-performing onsite team, strengthen resident relationships, and drive operational excellence. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands that exceptional property management goes beyond maintaining occupancy—it means building a community residents are proud to call home while delivering strong financial results.

If you are passionate about leadership, motivated by measurable results, and ready to take ownership of a community's success, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Community Operations: Oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring a well-maintained community, efficient processes, and an exceptional resident experience.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor financial results, identify opportunities to control expenses, and maximize net operating income (NOI).
  • Build a High-Performing Team: Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members while establishing clear expectations, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
  • Elevate the Resident Experience: Foster positive resident relationships, strengthen retention, and implement initiatives that build engagement and community satisfaction.
  • Optimize Occupancy and Leasing: Drive leasing performance, monitor occupancy trends, and develop strategies to support revenue growth and long-term asset performance.
  • Manage Vendors and Capital Projects: Oversee vendor relationships, maintenance operations, and capital improvement projects while maintaining high standards for quality and cost management.
  • Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws, applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Evaluate operational performance, solve problems proactively, and implement strategies that improve efficiency and the overall performance of the community.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

Bring your leadership experience, operational expertise, and passion for multifamily housing to a role where your contributions matter. If you're ready to lead with purpose, develop a strong team, and drive results, we encourage you to apply.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of property management experience, preferably within luxury or Class A multifamily housing.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing a multifamily community, leading an onsite team, and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, expense management, revenue optimization, and NOI performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for coaching employees, developing talent, and fostering accountability.
  • Experience with property management software; proficiency in Yardi is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A thorough understanding of Fair Housing requirements and applicable real estate regulations.
  • The ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational leadership.
  • CAM, CAPS, or CPM certification is a plus.
  • Competitive Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, with opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Career Advancement: Opportunities to grow professionally within a regional portfolio of multifamily communities.
  • Supportive Leadership: A collaborative, results-oriented environment that values initiative, accountability, and professional development.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Meaningful Impact: The opportunity to lead a community, develop a team, and directly influence resident satisfaction and property performance.
